Computer peripherals such as mouse, keyboard, monitor, scanner, speaker, webcam should be handle with care and clean occasionally to avoid accidents and malfunction. Here are some tips to maintain computer hardware:
Always clean your mouse by dusting off accumulated dust on the bottom of your mouse especially if you are still using a mouseball. For an optical mouse it require less maintenance.
Keyboard should be shake by upside down to remove the dust.
Monitor should not be swipe by paper or other cleaning materials unless it will not produce a scratch, same goes with the scanner. Also avoid using wet clothes when wiping your peripherals.
Speaker should be dust off occasionally especially on the grids but avoid using wet clothes.
